MDN-DASH(Digital Dash Demo board)

Digital Dash demo board is intended to demo the capability of the MAXII CPLD in realizing a flexible instrument cluster like those used in automobiles. It consists of 4 bipolar micro stepper motors, driven from outputs of the MAXII through a buffer. It also has 16 active low indicator LEDs that are used on the instrument panel. These are connected to IOs on the MAXII. The system is assembled with either a EPM570T100C5 or a EPM1270T144C5. The demo board has provisions for an on-board oscillator module.
