MDN Apprenticeship Program provides on-the-job training for college graduates to gain knowledge and exposure in the corporate environment. This program gives an opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience and develop the skills needed for a career in software/hardware development.
The program typically involves a combination of on-the-job training and classroom instruction, and the duration of the program is one year. During the program, apprentices work alongside experienced developers and are given tasks and projects that allow them to build their skills and knowledge. They may also receive formal training in areas such as programming languages, software/hardware development/testing methodologies. In addition, the candidates also learn soft skills and gain exposure to the corporate environment while undergoing the training.

The MDN Apprenticeship Program is for recent college graduates. Candidates with NO Work Experience & must have completed their graduation in the last one/two/three years are eligible. Undergraduate students who are currently studying are not eligible to apply. However, final year postgraduate students are eligible for the apprenticeship program. The interested candidates must also register on the NATS website National Apprenticeship Training Scheme - NATS.
